I have learned through experience that a healthy lifestyle begins where dogma and limitations give way to self-love.
I have learned by experience that a healthy lifestyle is a simple and natural process in which our own body is the main teacher, not a set of rules from anyone, and that the body cannot be healthy without harmony with the inner world. And I consolidated this knowledge with serious education at the «Academy of Health Industry Specialists».
I am open to everything new, and I never stop learning. I keep up-to-date with the latest advances and discoveries in functional medicine, naturopathy, integrative nutrition and dietetics.
The foundation of my practice today is a holistic and individualised approach to health, with equal emphasis on nutrition, exercise and psychological well-being.

I usually ask my clients to complete a small questionnaire and a food diary.
In some cases, it may also be necessary to carry out a laboratory blood test for certain indicators.

Health coaches take the time to listen to your unique concerns and help you identify goals, strategies and solutions that work for you. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health.
